Do I have to buy a car from you?
No. This is a straight buy. We purchase your vehicle outright. If you decide to trade toward a new Mazda, you'll qualify for a bonus on top of the appraisal, but there's zero obligation.
Do you buy non-Mazda vehicles?
Yes. We will consider any make or model, whether it is a Toyota, Honda, Ford, Hyundai, Tesla or anything else. Our appraisers price every vehicle against the current market.
How is my final offer calculated?
The online estimate is a ballpark range based on the year, make, model and kilometres you enter. Your final offer is set by our appraiser after a physical inspection, and it accounts for the vehicle's actual condition, service and accident history, tires, options and current market demand. We will walk you through exactly how we arrived at the number.
What if I still owe money on my vehicle?
Not a problem, this is common. We'll pay off your remaining loan or lease directly with the lender. If your vehicle is worth more than what you owe, you keep the difference. If you're in negative equity, we'll walk you through your options.
What documents do I need to bring?
Your BC driver's licence, the vehicle registration, both sets of keys if you have them, and any loan or lease documents. We handle the ICBC transfer paperwork on our end.
How long is my offer valid?
Seven days from the appraisal, assuming the vehicle's condition matches what you told us. If anything material changes, we may revisit the number, but there won't be any surprises.
